About this Scholarship
The Dorothy Moore Harbaugh Queen Alalah Scholarship is awarded to the student crowned
as Queen Alalah during the Arkalalah Festival held in October of each year.
Coronation is the foundational part of the Arkalalah festival, and it is important
that we recognize Cowley College and the efforts of the young women involved, and
we are proud to be a part of this scholarship award.
